🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Brooklyn at Kahoots was amazing. I stopped in to grab some fish food, and she made the whole experience feel genuinely personal and welcoming. We ended up talking about the country and her horse, and even in that short interaction, she made me feel like family. It never felt forced or like she was just making small talk. Thank you, Brooklyn, for making my visit so special.

I'm so happy that Kahoots decided to come to Arizona! I love this store and the staff are always friendly and ready to help. Their raw food selection is amazing and I like that they have the ability to special order specific proteins that I feed my dogs. The only problem is they do not participate in any company loyalty programs. This is a real bummer as I have 2 70# dogs on a completely raw diet. Pretty much every raw food company they carry have a loyalty/rewards program through Astro Loyalty. I understand it's a little extra work for the employees but any way to save a little money while feeding my dogs the best would be super helpful. So please please consider!!!

We absolutely LOVE shopping at Kahoots, and a huge reason why is Jen. She is truly the sweetest person and has consistently gone above and beyond for our family. Not only has she taken the time to educate us on different chicken breeds and what would work best for our needs, but she also creates such a warm, welcoming environment every time we walk through the door. We go so often that we somehow even ventured into the duck realm 😂 — and our daughter was so excited to come in and share the names of our new flock members, Meatball and Spaghetti. There are other stores much closer to us, but we choose Kahoots specifically because of the care, knowledge, and genuine kindness Jen shows. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel so supported and valued as a customer. We’re incredibly grateful for her and the experience she provides every visit!

Fabulous store! So clean and organized, I was greeted at the door and browsed and my dogs were offered treats which they glady accepted. And everyone working was very helpful.

We absolutely loved our first trip to Kahoots! We came in for dog toys for our German Shepherd and ended up getting to see so much more. The employees were also amazing, especially Joe who was very knowledgeable and friendly. We got to hold the baby chicks and browse the fully stocked isles. They even have fresh pet food there in the fridges which is really nice. We will definitely be back!

Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable staff. Store is clean, organized and inviting. I always have a wonderful shopping experience when I visit. I also love their community events for the kids, my family goes every time and has a blast!

The most amazing pet store I’ve ever been in ! Wall to wall high quality dog foods , treats, and everything in between. They even have a frozen raw feeding section for dogs with a variety of options. This is the place that you can possibly find to feed your animals. One stop in and your kind will be blown ! Management, staff, products…. everything is truly top notch.

I had an excellent experience at Kahoots and was truly impressed with the level of customer service I received. The managers were extremely nice, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. They took their time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed and gave me honest recommendations based on what was best for my animals. It’s not often you find a store where management is this involved and genuinely cares about helping customers. You can tell they have real experience and understand the products they’re selling. The store was well organized, clean, and fully stocked, which made shopping easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality products and great customer service!

Friendly and very helpful staff. They carry most popular brands of pet food and have a line of their own. My dog loves their brand and it is very healthy. She has been eating it for years and has never had a problem.

Today was my first time visiting Kahoots Feed and Pet and I had such a great experience. I went in to buy baby chicks, chicken feed, and supplies, and the employees were amazing. Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and they took the time to answer my questions and make sure I had everything I needed. It made the whole experience so enjoyable. I will definitely keep coming back to this store. Highly recommend!
